My name is Tom Marsh, I am a graduate designer from the South of England having just completed my final year at Plymouth University studying BA (Hons) 3D Design - Product Designer.
I design products that tackle and solve problems by thoroughly investigating the issues around the product, by observing user interaction and utilising focus groups. My resulting designs are new and exciting products that challenge the issue at hand on a deeper level and engage people in a more fulfilling user experience.
I am eclectically inspired, often taking influences from a range of subject areas and applying those to my design works in order to produce intriguing and unexpected outcomes. Aesthetically my style is inspired by the work of Dieter Rams, Marc Newson, Philippe Starck and Naoto Fukasawa and the minimalist movement and features a streamlined approach to overall form.
